Its strength is travel management itself: negotiated hotel rates, strong inventory, good traveler experience. Best if travel volume is meaningful and you want the deepest booking tool without a platform bill.
Ramp Travel bundles booking into Ramp's broader spend-management platform (corporate cards, expenses, bill pay). There's no separate travel fee, and it shines on controls — pre-trip approval, policy enforcement, automatic reconciliation against the Ramp card. Pick it if you're already on Ramp or want travel, cards and expense in one system.
TravelPerk charges a platform fee plus a percentage of every booking (5% on the free Starter tier, 3% on paid), which the others don't — but its FlexiPerk product lets you cancel virtually any booking for around 80% back, which is genuinely valuable for teams with unpredictable travel.
