Privacy Policy
What data StackLegder collects, and how advertising and cookies work on this site.
Last updated: 2026-09-05. Provided in English.
What we collect
Reading StackLegder does not require an account. Our server keeps standard request logs (IP address, time, page requested, browser type) for a short period to run the service and detect abuse. If you sign in as an editor we set a session cookie and a security (CSRF) token cookie. We do not run our own analytics or tracking scripts.
Information you send us
If you use the contact form or apply to write for us, we store the name, contact details and text you submit, and the IP address the form was sent from, solely to reply and to consider your application. It is not published, and it is not sold or shared for marketing.
Legal basis and retention
We process this data on the basis of our legitimate interest in operating the site and keeping it secure. Request logs are kept only as long as needed for operations and security. Messages and applications are kept until handled and for a reasonable period afterwards, then deleted. You can ask us to delete information you have sent by contacting us.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete personal data we hold about you, or to object to its processing. To exercise any of these, contact us through the Contact page.
Changes
We may update this policy; material changes will be noted here with a new date.
