How we verify pricing

1. Read the source

We open each vendor's official pricing page — not a cached copy, not a review site — and record the plans, prices, billing periods and the limits that matter.

2. Note the date

Every entry shows a "pricing verified" date. That is the day we last checked all of the vendor pages in that entry, and it is separate from the publish date.

3. Flag what's conditional

Where a price depends on seats, usage, region or an annual commitment, we say so in the table rather than printing one number.

4. Re-verify on change

When a covered vendor changes pricing we update the entry, re-check the other rows, and log the change publicly with a date. Every change is recorded in the Change log.

5. Take reader reports

If you see a figure that no longer matches the vendor's page, tell us through the contact page and we'll fix it.
