About StackLegder
StackLegder is an independent desk that tracks what software and AI tools actually cost, verifies every number against the vendor's own pricing page, and logs it publicly when the price changes.
What this is
We publish plain, comparison-first entries on the tools founders, developers and small teams pay for: AI assistants, developer infrastructure, productivity suites, security tools, analytics and business software. Each entry leads with a direct answer and a pricing table, names the plans and their limits, and shows the date every figure was verified.
How we verify
Every price is read directly from the vendor's official pricing page and linked as a source, with the date it was checked. We do not copy competitors' tables or republish vendor marketing. Where a number depends on usage or region, we say so. How we verify pricing.
Corrections and changes
Software pricing changes constantly. When a plan we cover changes, we update the entry, re-verify the other rows, and record what changed — with a date — in the Change log.
How we're funded
StackLegder plans to run display advertising to cover hosting and the team's time. We are not paid by any vendor to feature or rank them, and no entry is sponsored. If a vendor relationship ever exists, it will be disclosed on the entry. Our full Editorial policy spells out how we handle vendors.
